Anime Pose
toolskit2.0
In this window, you will have the ability to store poses from your animations, reuse them later, and transfer your scene positions from one scene to another, allowing you to apply them to different rides and more.
The use of Anime Pose is very simple, you just need to select the controllers you want to save, choose a name for your pose, and save the positions by pressing "Save Positions". Once saved, it will take a screenshot of your scene.
All the poses will be saved in this window. All saved poses will be available in any scene. If you want to delete saved poses, simply select the pose you want to remove and press "Delete Position".
Then, when you want to reuse your pose, you need to select the controllers, choose how you want to import your pose, and press "Import Animation". Once the import is done, ToolsKit will create an animation key.
The framing import parameter allows you to choose where you want the pose to be imported. By default, it is set to "Current frame", meaning the animation will be placed on the current frame. If the parameter is set to "Start", it will be placed on the first frame of the Playblast range, and if the parameter is set to "End", it will be placed on the last frame of the Playblast range.
The selection type parameter allows you to choose how you want to import your animation. If the parameter is set to
"by name" ToolsKit will try to find the best way to apply the animation based on the object names, doing so through similarity.
If the parameter is set to "order section" it will import the position of each controller based on its precise order when saved; the names of controllers or others will not matter. This means you can copy poses without needing the same rig with the same nomenclature.
If the parameter is set to "Pure name" it will copy the animation only onto the exact names it has stored in the pose.
The advantage with Anime Pose is that you can save an entire character pose, and later, it will be possible to import only the positions of the selected controllers. This allows you to import only a specific part of the pose.
The "blend" parameter allows you to choose the intensity of the pose you are importing, determining how much it should be present compared to the current position of your controllers.
For example, if the blend is set to 1, it will perfectly import the pose. If it is set to zero, there will be no change from the current pose. If the blend is set to 0.5, ToolsKit will take the average value between the pose you want to import and the current pose.
